2 Person Breathing Air Purification Trolley

2 Person Breathing Air Purification Trolley

£0.00

Our 2 person breathing air purification system has been designed to provide a continuous and reliable source of high purity air to the EN12021:2014 standard for operatives working in hazardous environments for extended periods. The unit is fully pneumatic and can be sited in-doors due to its zero emissions. This allows the unit to be placed closer to the hazardous environment and reduce the length of airline to each user, saving you cost and time on set up.

The trolley consists of two pressure circuits, one low pressure and one high pressure. On the low-pressure circuit, the trolley incorporates the ALG10 Breathing Air Purification unit, air receiver, low pressure regulator and pressure gauge to allow two people to breathe freely and safely with the correctly fitted breathing air masks & apparatus. On the high-pressure circuit, the trolley features a backup emergency compressed air supply via a 9 litre, 300 bar breathing air back up cylinder which will provide the operators with safe breathing air at the required flow and pressure, whilst performing a means of escape. The mild steel trolley is designed for easy manoeuvring by a single operative and has lockable swivel castors, fitted with anti-static wheels. The trolley is provided with a ¾” quick connect, claw type coupling to connect the hose from the inlet compressor/after cooler and two breathing air outlets for connecting the two breathing air lines.

Key Features

  • The trolley is designed to allow it to be manoeuvred by one operative and is mounted on 4 suitably sized swivel castors with anti-static rubber wheels, 2 of which contain a brake for safety
  • Panel mounted gauges to indicate to the user both high and low system pressures
  • Has an ALG10 purification system incorporated which is ALARP Guaranteed
  • The equipment is supplied with working instructions and easy to follow user guide
